Banana Chocolate Muffin Recipe

Quick, healthy, grab em and go option for those busy mornings. These banana muffins are packed with filling nutrition with ingredients like oats, flax seed, wheat germ, chia seeds, and dark chocolate and bonus, no refined sugar!




3/4 brown bananas

2 cups of flour

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 tea salt

1 tea baking soda

1 tea vanilla

1 tea baking soda

2 eggs

1/2 cup orange juice


Mix everything together in a big bowl. Add extras like dark chocolate, chia feeds, what germ or flax seed. Make at 350 for 15 minutes.
